Becky and Graeme chose to have their engagement photo shoot (or pre-wedding photo shoot) at the beautiful Hardwick Park which is situated on the outskirts of Sedgefield in County Durham.
I always enjoy Hardwick Park and I have been going there as a visitor for many years but I don`t get to go there as a photographer as often as I would like so I was pretty happy when they chose this place.
Why would I want an engagement shoot I hear you ask!?!
We offer heavily discounted engagement shoots with our full day wedding packages as even though its a separate shoot from the wedding day we feel it has a huge influence on the big day itself.
We use the engagement shoot as an opportunity for us all to get to know each other a little better and also as a chance to get rid of some of the nerves the couple have about being in front of a camera before the wedding day. Due to this we feel it always shows through on the actual wedding photos as people look far more relaxed than they would have done if it was their first shoot.
