Le Petit Chateau Wedding in Northumberland

Located in Otterburn, Northumberland Le Petit Chateau is a unique French country manor is a beautiful venue to have your wedding. The shabby chic and elegant décor is absolutely stunning and provides and excellent back drop for wedding photos. Let Petit Chateau has 30 bedrooms so it being out of the way isnt an issue as there are plenty of rooms for guests.

For your morning prep there are two locations used, a little flat at the Coaching Inn which is beautiful and spacious for you and your wedding party after which you will be taken along to the bridal suite, which is absolutely stunning and well lit.  One of us would be with you in the William De Percy Coaching Inn and the bridal suite whilst the other one would be capturing your other half and guests arriving, capturing all the parts you wont see.

Le Petit Chateau Wedding Ceremony

The Belle Époque inspired French Chapel ceremony room at Le Petit Chateau is very spacious allowing for plenty of guests without feeling cramped and as an added bonus, the venue allows confetti to be thrown as you walk down the aisle which is a really nice touch and allows for a more natural feel to your confetti photos. One of us will usually be situated at the front capturing you walking down the aisle from the front whilst the other will be near the back, getting all the action from a different angle meaning we really make the most of the room and the decor in your wedding photos.

The outdoor area has plenty of seating with a gorgeous fountain and this venue is great for not only summer weather but with the fire pits and heaters, it is also great for sitting out in the colder weather too and its a great area for candid photos of your guests. The fires feature of the fountain is a nice little touch and something we like to make sure we capture in your photos when its lit. We like to take our couples for a walk down to the meadow for photos too as the woodland and pond also provide great backdrops for photos, especially around sunset time so bring some flat shoes just in case!.

Wedding Breakfast and Reception

When you move into the Chateau Ballroom for your wedding breakfast and speeches, we will be capturing the expressions of not only those giving the speeches but also the guests too. Then once the party starts, we will be on the dancefloor capturing the action!
